APPLICATION:
It¡¯s is an excellent choice for modern sail lofts, for straight stitch, 1-step and 3-step zigzag operations in the production of large sails, storm sails, awnings, thick corner and heavy webbing reinforcement.
FEATURES:
1. Suitable for thread up to V207, ensures strong seam.
2. The high press foot lift allow for extra heavy stitch, even there is webbing to be sewed in the corners of the sails.
3. It can stitch more than 20 oz. sailcloth with needle 250.

SM 568 Medium weight zigzag sail sewing machine
APPLICATION:
Panel seams in light spinnakers, medium weight surfing sails, canvas and butt-joining seams in leather and other technical textiles are the speciality of this machine.
FEATURES:
1. A large Zigzag width of up-to 10mm and a stitch length of up-to 5mm combining together to give nice decorative or functional stitching on a wide range of applications.
2. The hook containing the lower bobbin is twice the normal size; resulting in less bobbin changes and when combined with the vertical take up lever system, it is of particular use when using thinker than normal threads.
3. The longer system 134-35 needles are used with this machine: including the medium weight size 100, right up-to the heavy weight size 140.
4. A wide range of sewing threads can be used, with this new model being able to sew with up-to size 20 synthetic thread (or size 30 cotton thread) + V69, V92 & V138 heavy duty threads etc.
5. Can also be set to sew straight stitch. 5 cams are available for fancy stitching patterns.
6. Electronic needle position motor, Automatic foot lifting device, Automatic reverse device and Automatic thread trimmer are available as option

SM 217 Zigzag sewing machine for spinnaker
APPLICATION:
It is widely used for decorative seam on spinnakers, leather, tarpaulins, nylon, canvas, synthetics and similar heavy materials.
FEATURES:
1. Top and bottom feeding mechanism.
2. Included cam 1, 2 and 3 step zigzag.
3. Can be set up to sew anything from 1/2 oz. spinnaker nylon with #30 thread to 10 oz. Dacron cloth with #138 thread.
4. With reverse and adequate throat.
