1.Limited Warranty
Cowboy Sewing Equipment Co.,Ltd guarantees their products for a period of 24 months from date of shipment. This guarantee is limited to incorrect model/type, missing parts, loss of function, performance not matching the contracted standard, oil leakage, abnormal noise, and if the machine is inoperative.
We will, at our discretion, either post replacement parts at our expense or return payment for the defective merchandise.
This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts and their shipping expenses, or the return of payment to the purchaser, and does not cover the labor costs associated with repair. Our liability is limited to the costs and shipping expense of replacement parts alone, or the issuance of a refund for the conditions noted above.
We will not assume expense or liability for damages resulting from misapplication, improper installation or maintenance, shipping damage, storage, handling, or from any attempt to use such product in excess of its rated capacity.

2.Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice, and are those in effect at the time the order is accepted by Cowboy Sewing Equipment Co.,Ltd. If an item is back-ordered, it will be billed at the price effective when accepted. Verbal quotations are effective only on the day given. Written quotations are good for thirty days unless specifically quoted for another period.

3.Payment term
Our proposed payment methods: ①T/T in advance ②30% deposit + D/P at sight ③ L/C at sight ④ 30% deposit, balance against fax copy of B/L.

4.Technology Improvement
For the purpose of continued improvement, we reserve the right to change and/or add parts for improving the technology, function and performance of our machines without notice.

5.Trial Orders
We encourage you to place a trial order for the purposes of testing quality. Our service policy and high standards remain the same regardless of the size of your order. A $100 fee will be charged for the cost of loading and clearance fee, if the FOB volume is less than $2000.

6.OEM order
If you require, we can put your brand on machine and packing material, but a written authorization must be required, and an extra charge will be added for brand tooling.

7.Sepcial order
For any special sewing equipment not found in our catalogue, we are happy to help you find the best source with our full experience. We will negotiate price, inspect quality, and submit an auditing report for your inspection.
A 5% commission will be charged with your permission. We dedicate ourselves to building a very transparent & honest business manner.

8. Shipment
Unless you specify a preference of carrier, we will use our forwarding agent for delivery. If the sea freight is collect, we will inform you of the rate and obtain your approval prior to arrange shipment.
For less than container loads, the goods will be protected by heavy foam, if not, a strong outside carton can be considered. Please specify if any special requirements are needed for packaging.

9.Documentation
Usually we offer our customers the following documents in English version: ①Bill of Lading; ②Commercial Invoice; ③ Packing List; ④ Insurance Policy. Please specify if any other document and/or a different version is required.

10.Insurance
We cover all shipments for 110% of total invoice value against All Risks, for buyer’s benefit. If a shipment reaches you in a damaged condition, you should inform the agent appointed in the policy and have the representative inspect the shipment. All insurance documents, shipping documents, invoices, inspection report and evidence of damage and losses, etc. should be held for supporting a claim. Our Customer Service Department will assist you wherever possible.
